Mellia

AI-powered vocabulary learning. Translations, images, and native audio generated automatically.

Built solo in 2 weeks during the Founders Inc Artifact program. A word like the Spanish "llamar" has 47 dictionary translations; Mellia groups these into 3–4 learnable meanings, then generates contextual images and native-speaker audio for every card. Spaced repetition schedules your reviews automatically.

PaperLab

AI exam marking for GCSE Maths — 98% accuracy on handwritten papers.

Maths teachers can't mark every paper their students request. PaperLab accepts photos of handwritten work, grades step-by-step against the official mark scheme, and explains exactly why each mark was awarded or withheld. To ensure accuracy before launch, I built an evaluation system that backtests against thousands of historic examples.

Adam MCP

fun build

Conversational CAD — design mechanical parts in natural language.

Named after the Adam House in San Francisco where I built it in 8 hours one evening. An MCP server that connects Claude to FreeCAD, letting you create and modify 3D parts through conversation instead of menus. Supports sketching, extrusion, threading, and 17 other operations.

Quantile — Analytical Infrastructure

Production systems validating billions in portfolio trades across 20+ global banks.

Before joining, all analysis was done in Excel and consumed 70% of team resources. I self-taught programming after hours and built the system that replaced it; automating validation, release testing, and constraint analysis for a billion-dollar optimisation network.

Economics, First Class — University of Exeter. Named Student of the Year 2022 after building the Entrepreneurs Society from zero to 1,000+ members.

Joined Quantile as a Product Manager with basic Python. Two years later, I was offered a Quantitative Developer role. I turned it down to start building.

Spent 6 months shipping products from hostels and couches. Now at the Founders Inc Artifact program in San Francisco.
